Animal Hospital is the oldest small animal practice in west
Winnipeg. It was founded in 1959 and has since grown
to become the largest full service small animal practice in
this part of the city.
It is our mission to offer the
highest level modern veterinary services in a context of

Financial Policy

Payment is
due at the time of service. Acceptable payment forms
are: cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or PetCard.
We cannot accept any type of cheque.

Please
understand we are not a credit or billing facility.
Payment in full is expected when your pet is released from
our care.

Due to
limited quantities of cash on the premises we do not
provide a 'cash-back' service on transactions.

Should your
pet require hospitalization, you will be provided with an
estimate and consent for medical services which will
require your signature for approval. Should
additional medical care be recommended, you will be
informed of associated costs prior to such services.

Non-routine
or emergency procedures: Should you
wish to make partial payments, or other arrangements with
the consent of a hospital administrator, please consult
your financial institution in advance.

Non-routine
or emergency procedures: Financial
agreements/payment plans must be approved by a hospital
administrator. A monthly finance fee of 2% interest
will be added to past due balances.

Pet
insurance policy holders will be reimbursed by the
insurance company after submitting a claim form for paid
services.
